Remote Assistant Community Manager required for a company based in Minnesota!
Minneapolis, MN- based company is currently in need of Assistant Community Manager.
About the Role:
The Assistant Community Manager supports HOA management operations by helping oversee daily association software tasks, documentation, and resident communication. This role plays a key part in ensuring that violations, ACC requests, and community action items are processed accurately and efficiently within established systems.
Working closely under the Director of Community Management, this position helps maintain organized records, supports compliance processes, and ensures that homeowners, board members, and stakeholders receive timely and professional communication. This role is highly detail-oriented and focused on maintaining strong operational structure across multiple HOA communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process HOA software tasks including violations, ACC (Architectural Control Committee) requests, and community action items
- Maintain accurate documentation and organize records for HOA communities
- Ensure proper record retention and filing of association documents
- Respond to customer service inquiries from HOA clients via email and software platforms
- Support communication with homeowners, board members, and community stakeholders
- Track and update case statuses within CINC and other management systems
- Assist in maintaining organized workflows for ongoing community management tasks
- Coordinate with the Director of Community Management on assigned priorities and escalations
- Expected phone time: 0–25% of shift handling inbound/outbound communication as needed through software and email channels
