Prescott, AZ- based company is currently in need of a remote AR Billing Representative!

About the Role:

The A/R Billing Representative will support the Accounts Receivable team by managing collections activities, maintaining accurate ledger records, and ensuring clear communication with both internal departments and external clients. This role plays a key part in keeping account balances accurate, resolving outstanding invoices, and supporting overall cash flow efficiency.

This position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism in communication, and the ability to work efficiently within a structured billing and collections environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage collections efforts by following up on outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payments
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients regarding billing inquiries and account statuses
  • Review and reconcile customer ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of billing, payments, and account activity within internal systems
  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls (50–75% of shift) related to collections and account resolution
  • Collaborate with the AR/Billing Manager to escalate unresolved accounts or complex issues
  • Support account maintenance tasks including updates, corrections, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and collection policies

Qualifications & Skills
Important Skills:

  • Strong Excel skills, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections environments
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize follow-ups effectively
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-heavy environment

  4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Monday to Friday

 

 

Work hours:

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mountain Timezone

10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila
