About the Role:
The Document Management Assistant supports high-volume document processing and data entry tasks across multiple platforms. This role is focused on maintaining accuracy, organization, and efficiency while working through large sets of information in a fast-paced remote environment.
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, and a consistent focus on completing tasks on time or ahead of deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple systems, and able to maintain accuracy while working at a steady pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize documents with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining speed and precision
- Work across multiple platforms and systems to input, update, and verify information
- Ensure documents are properly categorized, stored, and maintained according to internal processes
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed
- Prioritize and complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting or exceeding deadlines
- Maintain consistent workflow productivity in a fast-paced, task-driven environment
- Support general administrative document-related tasks as assigned
- Spend 0–25% of shift handling phone-based tasks (primarily non-phone focused role)

Hardware requirements:
- 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area
- Modern computer and operating system
- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
Work Schedule & Environment
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (US)
- Remote role requiring reliable internet and a distraction-free work environment
- Must maintain consistent availability during scheduled hours to support high-volume document processing tasks
Compensation
- $5/hour
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
