Job Description

About the Role:

The Admin Assistant supports day-to-day operational and administrative functions under the direction of the Vice President of Operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer service inquiries are handled efficiently, maintenance requests are properly distributed, and general administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

This position requires strong organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple task types while maintaining accuracy and consistency in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries and directing requests appropriately
  • Distribute and track maintenance requests to ensure timely follow-through and resolution
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support operational workflows
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
  • Coordinate information flow between customers, vendors, and internal teams as needed
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of daily responsibilities
  • Support operational efficiency by ensuring requests are processed accurately and consistently
  • Spend 0–25% of shift on phone-based communication with customers or stakeholders

  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms (Word, Excel, Outlook preferred)

Hardware requirements:

  1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
  2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
  3. Modern computer and operating system
  4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Remote role requiring reliable internet and a stable, distraction-free work environment
  • Must maintain consistent availability during scheduled hours to support operational needs

Compensation

  • $5/hour
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
