Job Description

About the Role:

The Community Manager supports the daily operations of assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth communication, consistent client engagement, and strong overall service delivery. This role focuses on managing inquiries, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting local team efforts to ensure client satisfaction is consistently met.

This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working within established company standards while maintaining a strong focus on daily performance metrics and service quality. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who is driven to meet or exceed daily targets and ensure a high level of responsiveness to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of select client accounts with accuracy and consistency
  • Support local team efforts in handling client engagement and inquiries
  • Utilize internal systems to monitor, track, and ensure client satisfaction is maintained daily
  • Respond to client questions and requests within established company standards
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, updates, and account activity
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely resolution of client needs
  • Drive toward daily performance and closure metrics to ensure operational efficiency
  • Escalate issues appropriately when necessary to maintain service quality
  • Spend 25–50% of shift on phone-based communication with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

Important Skills:

  • Strong client service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort working in CRM or property/client management systems (CINC experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet daily performance and activity metrics
  • Proficiency with browser-based tools and online systems
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on resolution and follow-through

Hardware requirements:

  1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
  2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
  3. Modern computer and operating system
  4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
  • Remote role requiring reliable internet and a professional, distraction-free work environment
  • Consistent availability required during assigned working hours to support daily client operations

Compensation

  • $5/hour
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
