About the Role
The Senior Contractor Success Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day Contractor Success operations while leading and supporting the Contractor Success team. This role is focused on execution, consistency, and ensuring all contractor-related processes run smoothly across the organization.
Working closely with the VP of Operations and the leadership team, this role supports contractor initiatives, enforces policies, and helps maintain a structured, compliant, and professional work environment. This position requires someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive contractor matters. This is a long-term opportunity with bonus potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily Contractor Success operations and workflows
- Directly supervise team members
- Handle contractor relations issues, investigations, and escalations with professionalism and firmness
- Address performance concerns and conflicts, ensuring timely resolution
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently across the contractor workforce
- Support performance management processes, including reviews and coaching
- Manage compliance-related tasks such as documentation, audits, and terminations
- Track and report on metrics including turnover, attendance, and performance trends
- Support leadership with contractor-related needs and provide operational insights
- Assist in driving engagement, retention, and overall contractor experience initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in coaching, quality assurance (QA), or team oversight roles
- Ability to confidently handle difficult conversations and enforce policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Proactive problem-solving and sound judgment in handling sensitive situations
Software requirement:
– Licensed OS
Hardware requirements:
- 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area
- Modern computer and operating system
- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Work schedule:
Monday to Friday
Work hours:
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time
10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Manila Time
Compensation
- Starting at $6/hour, depending on experience
- Eligible for bonus opportunities after 90 days
