Corvallis, OR- based company is currently in need of a remote Leasing Agent!

 

About the Role:

The Leasing Agent plays a key role in supporting Leasing & Resident Relations by serving as the first point of contact for prospective residents. This position is responsible for responding to inquiries, coordinating property showings, and supporting marketing and advertising efforts to ensure a consistent and positive leasing experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of prospect interactions while working closely with the Resident Relations & Leasing Manager to maintain smooth leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to prospect inquiries via phone, email, and text, maintaining a professional and service-focused approach (50–75% of shift on the phone)
  • Schedule and coordinate property showings with prospective residents and internal team members
  • Support marketing and advertising efforts for available listings across multiple platforms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records and communication logs using AppFolio, RentEngine, and Monday.com
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and strong conversion rates
  • Assist in managing the leasing pipeline from initial inquiry through application stage
  • Collaborate with the Resident Relations & Leasing Manager to ensure leasing goals are met
  • Ensure all prospect interactions reflect a high standard of customer service and professionalism

  1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.

  4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Monday to Friday

 

 

Work hours:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Timezone (Monday to Thursday)

11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific (Friday)
