Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused and organized CSR/Admin professional to support daily operations through a combination of customer service and administrative responsibilities. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, handling communications through phone and email while ensuring requests are addressed accurately and professionally.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, resourceful, and able to use sound judgment when resolving customer concerns. In addition to strong customer service skills, this role requires administrative support capabilities, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of accounting-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and administrative activities
  • Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns
  • Support operational and administrative functions as assigned
  • Work with internal systems to update information and process requests
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with basic accounting-related administrative tasks as needed
  • Spend approximately 25–50% of each shift handling phone-based customer interactions

Hardware requirements:

  1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
  2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
  3. Modern computer and operating system
  4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

Compensation

  • $5/hour.
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
