About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Call Center operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, assisting with administrative requests, and processing work orders accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide a consistently positive experience for customers while managing daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and account-related questions
- Process work orders accurately and efficiently within company systems
- Handle administrative requests and support operational workflows
- Document customer interactions and service requests appropriately
- Provide timely follow-up and updates to customers as needed
- Maintain accurate records and data entry within company software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to established procedures
- Spend approximately 50–75% of each shift handling inbound phone calls

- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Remote work environment
Compensation
- $5/hour.
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
