Job Description
About the Role:
The CSR role is focused on delivering reliable customer support while following established processes and procedures with consistency and professionalism. This position requires clear communication, strong attendance, and the ability to seek clarification when needed to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
This role is best suited for someone who is dependable, communicates confidently in spoken English, and can remain engaged throughout a phone-intensive workday. Success in this role comes from being attentive, process-driven, and committed to providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and stakeholders
- Follow established processes and procedures consistently and accurately
- Handle customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and service standards
- Ask questions and seek clarification when processes or situations require additional guidance
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality across scheduled shifts
- Document and communicate information accurately as needed
- Manage tasks efficiently while balancing quality and responsiveness
- Support operational goals through consistent adherence to expectations
- Spend approximately 75–100% of the shift handling phone communication

Hardware requirements:
- 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area
- Modern computer and operating system
- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
Work Schedule & Environment
- Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- Tuesday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- Phone-intensive work environment requiring strong communication, reliability, and adherence to processes
Compensation
- $5/hour.
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
