About the Role:

The Listing Specialist supports the Listings team by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate product listings across multiple online marketplaces. This role is responsible for ensuring listing content is detailed, consistent, and aligned with marketplace standards to maximize accuracy and performance.

Reporting to the Listing Supervisor, this position requires strong attention to detail, solid computer skills, and the ability to remain focused in a structured, repetitive workflow environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team to maintain high-quality listing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate computer data entry using spreadsheets and listing management systems
• Create detailed, product-specific listings across multiple online marketplaces
• Update and maintain listing content to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Review listing content and ensure compliance with marketplace standards
• Manage product information across platforms including eBay, Walmart, BigCommerce, Amazon, and Wayfair
• Use internal systems to maintain and organize listing data
• Collaborate with team members to ensure listing quality and accuracy
• Maintain focus and productivity throughout repetitive daily listing tasks
• Adapt quickly to updated processes, tools, and listing requirements
• Spend approximately 0–25% of the shift handling phone communication

4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Work Schedule & Environment

• 40-hour work week (8-hour shifts)
• Monday & Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM MST (Arizona Time)
• Tuesday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM MST (Arizona Time)

Compensation

• $5/hour.
• All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
