Job Description
San Antonio, TX- based company is currently in need or remote Community Manager! About the Role:
The Community Manager is responsible for supporting homeowners associations and board members through clear communication, financial reporting, and coordination of community operations. This role ensures that communities receive timely updates, accurate financial information, and consistent support for ongoing management needs.
Reporting to internal leadership (not specified), this position requires strong communication skills, financial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and sometimes fast-paced environment. The role also includes participation in virtual board and annual meetings, which may occasionally occur during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with HOA boards and property owners with professionalism and responsiveness
- Review and distribute monthly financial reports to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare for and attend virtual board meetings and annual meetings, including occasional evening participation
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of community-related matters
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication records
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support community operations
- Ensure consistent and clear communication across all assigned communities
- Monitor ongoing community needs and address issues as they arise
- Spend approximately 25–50% of the shift handling phone communication
