About the Role:
The Admin Assistant will provide essential administrative and customer support to ensure smooth daily operations under the direction of the Vice President of Operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and processing ARC/ARB requests in a timely and professional manner.
This position requires someone highly organized, responsive, and confident in managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain accuracy and professionalism across a high volume of communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist or redirect inquiries as needed (25–50% of shift on the phone)
- Respond to email inquiries in a timely, clear, and customer-focused manner
- Process ARC/ARB requests accurately and ensure proper documentation and follow-through
- Maintain organized records of communications and requests for tracking and reference
- Support operational tasks as assigned by the Vice President of Operations
- Prioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect a high standard of service and professionalism
- Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely resolution

- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
Work Schedule & Environment
- Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Remote or client-facing administrative support environment (as applicable)
Compensation
$5/hour. All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
