Job Description

About the Role:

The Property Coordinator supports the Real Estate team by serving as a central point of communication between property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal staff. This role ensures property-related requests are coordinated efficiently, issues are tracked through completion, and accurate records are maintained within company systems.

Success in this role requires exceptional organization, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate communicates professionally, remains calm under pressure, and is committed to providing outstanding service while ensuring property matters are resolved promptly and accurately.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal team members
  • Coordinate communication to move property-related tasks and requests through to resolution
  • Organize schedules, vendor access, timelines, and follow-up activities to ensure timely completion of property issues
  • Track open requests, work orders, and ongoing property matters until they are fully resolved
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, timelines, and next steps within AppFolio and internal systems
  • Follow up consistently with all parties to ensure outstanding items do not remain unresolved
  • Communicate updates clearly and professionally to owners, tenants, vendors, and team members
  • Escalate urgent property issues when appropriate while maintaining timely communication
  • Support additional administrative and property coordination tasks as assigned
  • Spend approximately 25–50% of each shift handling phone-based communication

  • Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  • Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST
  • Remote work environment

 

Compensation

  • $5/hour.
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
