Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Administration team with a variety of administrative and document management responsibilities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing correspondence, uploading documents, and providing day-to-day support to ensure efficient business operations.

This is a high-volume role where priorities may shift throughout the day. The ideal candidate is flexible, able to respond to last-minute requests, and capable of thinking quickly while considering each client’s unique needs and preferences. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks from multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records
  • Upload documents and files to company websites and systems
  • Prepare letters, notices, forms, and other business correspondence
  • Organize and maintain digital documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Assist the administrative team with daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Prioritize and complete assignments from multiple team members while meeting deadlines
  • Respond quickly to changing priorities and urgent requests
  • Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and properly formatted before distribution
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Spend approximately 0–25% of each shift handling phone-based communication

Hardware requirements:

  • 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
  • Private and quiet dedicated home office area
  • Modern computer and operating system
  • Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  • Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
  • Remote work environment

 

Compensation

  • $5/hour.
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
