Job Description
About the Role:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and project support to the CEO, ensuring priorities are organized, communications are managed efficiently, and projects move forward on schedule. This role is responsible for coordinating projects, preparing contracts, and managing executive email communications while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is exceptionally organized, and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Success in this role requires outstanding attention to detail, strong written communication, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and track milestones to ensure timely completion
- Draft, review, and prepare contracts and related documentation
- Manage and coordinate executive email communications, including drafting and responding to correspondence
- Organize and prioritize tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables
- Maintain accurate records and organize electronic documents
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the CEO
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates on outstanding items
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Spend approximately 0–25% of each shift handling phone-based communication

- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
- Remote work environment
Compensation
- $5/hour.
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
