Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Management team by providing exceptional service to homeowners, assisting an assigned Community Manager, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of assigned communities. This role serves as a key point of contact for residents while supporting administrative, operational, and communication needs.

This position offers the opportunity for continued growth within community management. The ideal candidate is adaptable, service-oriented, and committed to delivering timely follow-through while building positive relationships with homeowners, board members, and internal team members.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone and email support to homeowners, board members, and community stakeholders
  • Support an assigned Community Manager with daily administrative and operational responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Assist with managing community requests, documentation, and follow-up tasks
  • Coordinate and track action items to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate records and update information within HOA management software
  • Collaborate with internal team members to support community operations and special projects
  • Monitor assigned tasks and proactively communicate updates or outstanding items
  • Contribute to the continued success of the Community Management team while developing skills for future growth within the role
  • Spend approximately 50–75% of each shift handling phone-based communication

Hardware requirements:

  • 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
  • Private and quiet dedicated home office area
  • Modern computer and operating system
  • Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  • Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
  • Remote work environment

 

Compensation

  • $5/hour.
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
