Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized Admin Assistant to support the Management team through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. This role is responsible for managing communications, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring data is accurately maintained across company systems.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support leadership with day-to-day administrative needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email inboxes and prioritize communications appropriately
  • Coordinate calendar scheduling, appointments, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare and distribute meeting invitations and supporting materials
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and database management
  • Organize and update company information and documentation
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support management with administrative projects and operational tasks
  • Ensure information is accurately recorded and maintained across systems
  • Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders as needed
  • Spend approximately 25–50% of each shift handling phone-based communication

  • 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
  • Private and quiet dedicated home office area
  • Modern computer and operating system
  • Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  • Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Remote work environment

 

Compensation

  • $5/hour.
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
