Job Description

The remote Accountant will support the Accounting Department by managing financial processes, budgets, and full-cycle accounting responsibilities. This role reports to the Regional Accounting Manager and plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting operational decision-making, and ensuring timely completion of accounting tasks.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete work tasks efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial reports
  • Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and clarify financial information
  • Process and track financial transactions using established systems and tools
  • Ensure timely completion of accounting tasks in alignment with reporting deadlines
  • Participate in phone-based communications for 25–50% of the shift as required
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with the Regional Accounting Manager to support financial planning and reporting needs

  4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Monday to Friday

 

 

Work hours:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time zone

9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila
