About the Role:
The Admin Assistant plays a critical role in supporting community operations and resident communications. This position ensures timely responses to resident inquiries, manages tasks through the communication portal, and provides essential board support. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Language proficiency and the ability to learn quickly are essential to executing deliverables accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to resident questions via phone, email, and communication portals (25–50% of shift on the phone)
- Manage communication portal tasks assigned by the manager
- Support board activities by tracking and executing action items
- Maintain organized records and documentation for community operations
- Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met or exceeded
- Draft, edit, and proofread communications with clarity and professionalism
Qualifications & Skills
Important Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation
- Experience with HOA management software or similar platforms
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems

Work Schedule & Environment
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time (US)
Compensation
- $5/hour
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
