Job Description

Portland, OR- based company is currently looking for remote Research Analyst! About the Role:

  • The Research Analyst will support our Research team by conducting detailed property ownership and contact information investigations for Mobile Home and RV parks. This role is critical in ensuring our clients have accurate and up-to-date data to drive business decisions.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, diligent, and proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research on Mobile Home and RV park property ownership, including owner of record and ownership specifics.
  • Gather client contact information, including phone numbers, emails, and physical addresses.
  • Perform calling surveys for properties available for rent.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal databases (Ascendix License/Salesforce).
  • Dedicate 50–75% of the shift to phone outreach and direct client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Research team to verify and validate findings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve research processes and data quality.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/Ascendix License)
  • Familiarity with web-based tools such as True People Search, Whitepages, and Gmail
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a partially flexible schedule

Hardware requirements:

  1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
  2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
  3. Modern computer and operating system
  4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

 

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday

 

Work hours:

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM PST (Flexible but candidate must be available for 2 hours during 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM)

6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Manila
