Job Description

About the Role:

The Client Experience Associate is a key member of the Client Experience Center, responsible for providing exceptional support to clients through calls and emails. This role requires a high level of critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to seamlessly connect clients to the right information and resources. Associates will uphold standards of accounting, maintain quality in all communications, and ensure every client interaction is handled with urgency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer client calls and respond to emails promptly, spending 75–100% of the shift on the phone.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to resolve client inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Follow administrative processes and accounting standards to ensure accuracy in client interactions.
  • Connect clients seamlessly to the appropriate resources or team members.
  • Check work for quality and accuracy, ensuring client satisfaction with each interaction.
  • Respond with urgency to client needs and close the loop on all communications.
  • Maintain clear and professional documentation of client interactions.

Software requirement:

– Licensed OS

Hardware requirements:

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Compensation

  • $5/hour
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
