Job Description

Dallas, GA- based company is currently looking for a remote Neighbor Support/Compliance Resolution Specialist!

The Neighbor Support / Compliance Resolution Specialist plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with homeowners while ensuring association compliance. This position manages both compliance-related and general inquiries via email and phone, updates homeowner records, and supports the broader Association Compliance & Neighbor Relations team. The ideal candidate demonstrates patience, compassion, and strong problem-solving skills while representing the organization professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails and answer phones from homeowners regarding compliance issues
  • Respond to emails and answer phones from homeowners regarding general inquiries
  • Update and maintain accurate homeowner records in internal systems
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve compliance and neighbor concerns
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring homeowners feel heard and supported
  • Expect to spend 50–75% of shift handling phone interactions

  4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Monday to Friday

 

 

Work hours:

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Timezone

8:00 PM to 4:30 AM Manila
