Job Description
Minneapolis, MN- based company is currently in need of a remote Community Manager!
The Community Manager will work directly with the Board of Directors to conduct association business and manage a portfolio of clients and associations. This role coordinates with internal departments to accomplish tasks efficiently and ensures smooth operations for all community initiatives. The Community Manager will also prepare for and attend quarterly board meetings via Zoom, maintaining a high level of professionalism and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to conduct association business and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Manage a portfolio of clients and associations, addressing needs and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate with internal departments to complete tasks and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare materials and agendas for quarterly board meetings, and participate via Zoom as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, spending 25–50% of the shift on the phone
- Track and report progress on community initiatives and client projects
- Maintain organized records using internal systems and tools
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within community management workflows
