Job Description
About the Role:
The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Management team by maintaining effective resident and board communication, coordinating administrative and compliance activities, and following up on vendor work orders and projects. This role requires strong responsiveness, organization, and follow-through. The ideal candidate stays focused on core responsibilities, completes tasks on time, and works closely with managers to ensure expectations and deliverables are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and responsively with residents and community boards.
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns while ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Support administrative processes and maintain accurate community documentation.
- Assist with compliance management and ensure required tasks and records are completed accurately.
- Coordinate and follow up on vendor work orders to ensure timely progress and completion.
- Monitor vendor projects and communicate updates to managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Track assigned tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to prevent items from falling through the cracks.
- Work closely with community managers to prioritize responsibilities and ensure deliverables are met.
- Maintain organized records and documentation using company systems and software.
- Spend approximately 25–50% of the shift on the phone communicating with residents, board members, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Work Schedule & Environment
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
- Remote, community management environment with regular communication with residents, boards, vendors, and managers
Compensation
- $5/hour.
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
