Job Description

About the Role:

The Admin Assistant supports the Property Management team by serving as the primary liaison for residents on all non-maintenance-related matters. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating resident communications, supporting tenant onboarding, monitoring community compliance, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and internal team members. The ideal candidate is process-driven, dependable, and committed to providing timely and accurate support while maintaining a positive resident experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding all non-maintenance-related inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new tenants
  • Monitor surveillance systems and report concerns in accordance with company policies
  • Enforce community rules and guidelines through appropriate documentation and communication
  • Process and administer charge assessments as required
  • Oversee Livable-related processes, including reviewing and approving monthly RUBS charges
  • Perform audits to verify billing accuracy and compliance with established procedures
  • Respond to resident questions regarding charges, policies, and community procedures
  • Maintain accurate resident records and update information within AppFolio and other company systems
  • Spend approximately 25–50% of each shift handling phone-based communication

  • Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  • Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST
  • Remote work environment

 

Compensation

  • $5/hour.
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
