Job Description

About the Role:

The Maintenance Coordinator provides administrative, billing, and internal operational support to help ensure maintenance activities are completed accurately and efficiently. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative processes, supporting billing functions, and assisting internal team members with maintenance-related tasks.

Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and clear communication. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining accurate records while supporting a collaborative team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and support maintenance-related billing activities
  • Perform administrative tasks to support daily maintenance operations
  • Provide internal support to team members by responding to requests and assisting with maintenance-related processes
  • Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
  • Review invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and maintenance records
  • Communicate clearly with internal departments regarding billing, documentation, and task status
  • Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely follow-up and completion
  • Assist with additional administrative and maintenance coordination duties as assigned
  • Spend approximately 0–25% of each shift handling phone-based communication

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EDT
  • Remote work environment

 

Compensation

  • $5/hour.
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
