Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide administrative support through inbox management, phone support, and day-to-day operational assistance. This role plays an important part in ensuring communications are handled efficiently, administrative tasks are completed accurately, and internal workflows remain organized.

This position operates in a highly structured, performance-driven environment where accountability, productivity, and quality are essential. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize shared inboxes, ensuring emails are prioritized and responded to promptly
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing professional customer service
  • Provide administrative support for daily business operations
  • Maintain accurate records and update information within company systems
  • Coordinate and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Draft, review, and distribute routine correspondence as needed
  • Assist internal team members with administrative requests and special projects
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards
  • Spend approximately 25–50% of each shift handling phone-based communication

  • 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.

  • Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  • Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST
  • Remote work environment

 

Compensation

  • $5/hour.
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.

  • Use time-tracking software during scheduled working hours
  • Screen activity monitoring and screenshots are required while clocked in
  • Remain on camera throughout the scheduled shift, as required by the client
  • Complete required reports and activity tracking to support quality assurance and accountability
  • Receive regular performance feedback and coaching based on established metrics

 

Compensation

  • Starting at $5/hour depending on experience.
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
