Job Description
About the Role:
The Compliance Admin supports the Association Compliance team by maintaining regulatory records, managing annual reporting requirements, and ensuring accurate registered agent information for managed entities. This role plays a vital part in helping communities remain compliant with state filing requirements through organized recordkeeping and timely administrative support.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage recurring deadlines while working with multiple information sources. Success in this role requires strong time management, accuracy, and the confidence to ask questions to ensure compliance processes are completed correctly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Annual Report Tracker to ensure filing deadlines are accurately monitored
- Update and maintain Registered Agent information for managed entities
- Prepare and submit annual reports to the appropriate state agencies based on each entity’s location
- Research filing requirements using state websites and other official resources
- Maintain accurate compliance records and supporting documentation
- Verify information for accuracy before submitting regulatory filings
- Retrieve and update entity information using internal management systems
- Organize electronic files and documentation in accordance with company procedures
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure compliance deadlines are met
- Spend approximately 0–25% of each shift handling phone-based communication

Compensation
- $5/hour.
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
