Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Solution Team Member to support our Solution Team by providing exceptional service to homeowners and conducting virtual site inspections. This role combines customer communication with careful review of community information to help resolve homeowner concerns and support community management operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable working with technology in a remote environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to seek guidance from team members when needed to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and responsive customer service to homeowners through multiple communication channels
  • Conduct virtual site inspections using company technology and document findings accurately
  • Communicate inspection results, updates, and next steps to homeowners as appropriate
  • Review community documentation and available resources to research and resolve inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inspection activities
  • Utilize company software to manage cases, update records, and track progress
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure timely follow-up
  • Escalate concerns appropriately when additional support or approvals are needed
  • Support additional Solution Team initiatives and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Spend approximately 25–50% of each shift handling phone-based communication

Hardware requirements:

  • 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
  • Private and quiet dedicated home office area
  • Modern computer and operating system
  • Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  • Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST
  • Remote work environment

 

Compensation

  • $5/hour.
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
