Harrison, NY- based company is currently in need of a CSR Virtual Assistant!
About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls. This role is responsible for providing prompt, courteous assistance, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. Experience with accounts receivable processes is beneficial, as this role may assist with payment-related inquiries and account support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming customer calls
- Provide accurate information and assistance while delivering exceptional customer service
- Address customer questions, concerns, and account-related inquiries professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately within company systems
- Route or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Assist customers with payment- and accounts receivable-related inquiries as applicable
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions
- Meet established call handling, quality, and productivity expectations
- Utilize company software to access customer information and update records
- Spend approximately 75–100% of each shift handling phone-based customer support
