About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Admin to provide administrative support with a strong focus on executive calendar management, email coordination, and meeting preparation. This role plays a key part in ensuring executive operations run smoothly by managing scheduling demands, prioritizing communications, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and confident in managing competing priorities. This position requires someone who is comfortable setting boundaries when needed, maintaining structure in a fast-paced environment, and ensuring executives are well-prepared and supported for all meetings and commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive email inbox, including prioritization, drafting responses, and flagging urgent matters
- Coordinate and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and managing changes
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and documentation as needed
- Provide administrative support for daily executive operations and special projects
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate scheduling and requests
- Maintain organization of files, documents, and communication records
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
- Exercise sound judgment when managing priorities and communicating availability or constraints
- Spend approximately 0–25% of each shift handling phone-based communication

- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
Work Schedule & Environment
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Remote work environment
Compensation
- $5/hour.
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
