Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Assistant Community Manager to support our Management team and HOA communities. This role is responsible for assisting with community operations through software-based management tasks, homeowner communications, document organization, and administrative support.
The Assistant Community Manager plays a critical role in maintaining accurate community records, supporting architectural review and compliance processes, and providing exceptional service to HOA clients. Success in this position requires excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and consistent follow-up to ensure community needs are addressed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HOA-related tasks within community management software, including violations, ACC requests, and action items
- Review, update, and maintain community records and documentation
- Organize and manage electronic files in accordance with record retention policies
- Assist with tracking and processing homeowner requests and community-related activities
- Respond to homeowner inquiries through email and software platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to HOA clients while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure information is accessible and up to date
- Support community management operations through administrative and coordination tasks
- Communicate effectively with internal team members regarding community matters and project updates
- Spend approximately 0–25% of each shift handling phone-based communications

Compensation
- $5/hour.
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
