Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Call Center operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, assisting with administrative requests, and processing work orders accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide a consistently positive experience for customers while managing daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and account-related questions
  • Process work orders accurately and efficiently within company systems
  • Handle administrative requests and support operational workflows
  • Document customer interactions and service requests appropriately
  • Provide timely follow-up and updates to customers as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry within company software
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to established procedures
  • Spend approximately 50–75% of each shift handling inbound phone calls

  • Private and quiet dedicated home office area
  • Modern computer and operating system
  • Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  • Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Remote work environment

Compensation

  • $5/hour.
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
