Plano, TX- based company is currently in need of an Admin Virtual Assistant!
The Admin provides essential administrative and document management support to ensure efficient business operations. This role is responsible for handling data entry, document review and organization, report preparation, and administrative support tasks that enable consultants and internal teams to operate effectively.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of documentation while maintaining accuracy. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a structured environment with minimal phone responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and document uploads into company systems
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting
- Prepare work materials for consultants, including email drafts and report generation
- Run and distribute reports as requested by internal stakeholders
- Rename, organize, and maintain electronic files according to established standards
- Export verbiage and documentation for use in reports, forms, and client deliverables
- Complete and maintain online forms and supporting documentation
- Ensure documents are properly stored and easily accessible within company systems
- Support administrative projects and operational initiatives as assigned
- Spend approximately 0–25% of the shift handling phone communication
