About the Role:
The Client Services Representative serves as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and system-based support. This role is responsible for handling incoming inquiries, navigating multiple web-based platforms, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring client requests are addressed efficiently and professionally.
Reporting to the Director of Client Relations, this position requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and committed to delivering a positive client experience while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer support by answering and managing incoming phone calls
- Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution while delivering exceptional service
- Navigate multiple web-based systems to access, update, and verify client information efficiently
- Save, organize, and maintain electronic documents within company systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and service expectations
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client concerns and fulfill requests
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Support administrative and client service initiatives as needed
- Spend approximately 50–75% of the shift handling phone communication

Compensation
