Bellevue, NE- based company is currently in need of an Admin Virtual Assistant!

 

About the Role:

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support for leadership and professional development initiatives. This role is responsible for managing calendars, coordinating public leadership programs and webinars, maintaining records, and supporting continuing education processes. The position plays an important role in ensuring operational efficiency and delivering a positive experience for program participants and stakeholders.

This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where organization, accuracy, and responsiveness are critical. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars for Jennifer Wilson and Tamera Loerzel as needed
  • Coordinate administrative activities for public leadership programs and webinars
  • Calculate Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit awards and issue CPE certificates
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and program-related activities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to programs and participants
  • Support communication efforts with program attendees and stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and administrative materials
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Assist with data entry, document management, and process administration
  • Spend approximately 0–25% of the shift handling phone communication

Hardware requirements:

  1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
  2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
  3. Modern computer and operating system
  4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

 

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday

 

 

Work hours:

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Timezone

9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila
