Bothell, WA- based company is currently in need of a remote Maintenance Support!

 

About the Role:

The Maintenance Support role assists the Field Services Manager in coordinating operational tasks, processing invoices, and supporting day-to-day maintenance and service workflows. This position plays a key role in ensuring work orders, vendor coordination, and project-related administrative tasks are accurately tracked and completed in a timely manner.

This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs once trained, ensuring smooth execution of maintenance and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Field Services Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Create, process, and manage invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Utilize QuickBooks and AppFolio for accounting, maintenance, and workflow tracking
  • Track and update project and task progress using internal systems
  • Support vendor coordination and maintenance-related communications
  • Maintain organized records of work orders, invoices, and service documentation
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and financial documentation
  • Multitask across multiple priorities and service requests
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and procedures
  • Spend approximately 75–100% of the shift handling phone communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams

Important Skills:

  • Experience with QuickBooks and AppFolio (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Comfortable working with project tracking and task management
  • Ability to follow instructions and repeat structured processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of maintenance or field service workflows (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Hardware requirements:

  1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
  2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
  3. Modern computer and operating system
  4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Monday to Friday

 

Work hours:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Timezone

11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila
