Champlin, MN- based company is currently in need of a remote Assistant Community Manager!
About the Role:
The Assistant Community Manager supports daily community management operations by maintaining clear communication with homeowners and board members, managing CRM systems, and organizing important documentation. This role works closely with leadership and clients to ensure communities are supported efficiently and professionally.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can shift priorities quickly, and values collaboration within a team-oriented culture. Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to build positive client relationships are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and board members regarding community-related matters
- Manage and maintain CRM records accurately within CINC Systems
- Organize, update, and maintain community and operational documents
- Monitor and respond to emails and client inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with administrative and operational support for community management activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and task completion
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Support leadership with reporting, documentation, and follow-up tasks
- Maintain professionalism and strong client service standards in all interactions
- Spend approximately 0–25% of the shift handling phone communication

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Central Time zone
10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila
