Job Description
About the Role:
The CSR role supports the Operations team by managing communication channels, assisting with routing setup processes, and coordinating with the support center to ensure smooth daily operations. This position plays an important role in maintaining organization, responsiveness, and service quality for both internal teams and clients.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing email and phone communication while resolving issues efficiently. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage routing forms accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with the support center to address operational needs and updates
- Monitor and manage incoming emails and phone communications
- Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer or operational issues using sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to routing and communication tasks
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism in all interactions
- Spend approximately 0–25% of the shift handling phone communication

Hardware requirements:
- 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area
- Modern computer and operating system
- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
Work Schedule & Environment
- Monday through Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST
- Remote work environment requiring consistent communication and reliability
Compensation
- $5/hour.
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
