Woodstock, GA- based company is currently in need of an Admin Virtual Assistant!
About the Role:
The Admin supports day-to-day administrative operations by handling incoming client communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-up across phone and email channels. The Admin plays a key part in keeping workflows organized, responsive, and consistent with client expectations.
This position requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple communication channels while maintaining accuracy in data entry and professionalism in client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming client phone calls and provide timely, professional support (25–50% of shift on the phone)
- Respond to client emails with clear, accurate, and helpful information
- Enter, update, and maintain client data with a high level of accuracy
- Document interactions and maintain organized records in internal systems
- Follow established procedures to ensure consistency in communication and task completion
- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks throughout the workday while meeting deadlines

Hardware requirements:

- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time zone
8:30 PM to 5:00 AM Manila
