Job Description

About the Role:

The Client Support Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely processing of owner and account information for community associations. This position supports the Client Support Team by reviewing owner records, formatting data for company systems, and processing ownership changes related to management transitions. The role requires a high level of accuracy when working with financial records and account ledgers, as well as strong communication skills to clarify unclear information when needed.

This position works closely with internal systems and cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity across platforms and ensure smooth operational updates during ownership or management changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and format owner information for accurate entry into company systems and databases
  • Process ownership changes related to management transitions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review and validate account ledgers and financial records for community associations
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems including C3, Workpoints+, TownSq, and shared drives
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Planner, and SharePoint for daily operations and communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in ownership or account data
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms and reporting systems
  • Ask clarifying questions when information is unclear or incomplete
  • Maintain organized documentation and support audit-ready recordkeeping
  • Spend approximately 0–25% of the shift on phone-based communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Planner)

  • Clear written communication for documentation and internal coordination
  • Comfort working across multiple systems simultaneously (dual-monitor environment)

  5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST
  • Requires consistent use of dual monitors and multiple internal systems

Compensation
$5/hour
All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
