Job Description
The remote Accountant will support the Accounting Department by managing financial processes, budgets, and full-cycle accounting responsibilities. This role reports to the Regional Accounting Manager and plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting operational decision-making, and ensuring timely completion of accounting tasks.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete work tasks efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial reports
- Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and clarify financial information
- Process and track financial transactions using established systems and tools
- Ensure timely completion of accounting tasks in alignment with reporting deadlines
- Participate in phone-based communications for 25–50% of the shift as required
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with the Regional Accounting Manager to support financial planning and reporting needs
