Dallas, GA- based company is currently looking for a remote Neighbor Support/Compliance Resolution Specialist!
The Neighbor Support / Compliance Resolution Specialist plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with homeowners while ensuring association compliance. This position manages both compliance-related and general inquiries via email and phone, updates homeowner records, and supports the broader Association Compliance & Neighbor Relations team. The ideal candidate demonstrates patience, compassion, and strong problem-solving skills while representing the organization professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emails and answer phones from homeowners regarding compliance issues
- Respond to emails and answer phones from homeowners regarding general inquiries
- Update and maintain accurate homeowner records in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve compliance and neighbor concerns
- Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring homeowners feel heard and supported
- Expect to spend 50–75% of shift handling phone interactions
