Job Description

This is a multi-faceted role designed for someone who thrives on order and anticipates needs before they are even spoken. As the primary support for the CEO, you will manage inboxes, calendars, and communications while keeping the team organized and focused. You will also support sales efforts, social media growth, and email marketing campaigns, helping ensure the company’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO and team inboxes, consolidating information into actionable tasks and providing daily “to-do” roadmaps.
  • Oversee scheduling and communication to ensure priorities are addressed and no tasks fall through the cracks.
  • Maintain HubSpot CRM: update contacts, manage pipeline tasks, and draft professional email responses.
  • Manage social media presence across platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn, focusing on engagement, growth, and brand consistency.
  • Create and execute email marketing workflows via Mailchimp, targeting engagement and audience growth.
  • Anticipate team needs and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of operational and marketing initiatives.
  • Spend 0–25% of the shift on phone communication as needed.

Hardware requirements:

  1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
  2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
  3. Modern computer and operating system
  4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Mountain Time (US)

Compensation

  • $5/hour. All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
