Franklin, MA- based company is currently hiring remote Community Managers!
The Community Manager will oversee the administration and operations of our property management portfolio, supporting both board members and homeowners. This role ensures smooth communication, governance compliance, and financial oversight, playing a key part in maintaining a well-run community. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and professional in all interactions, helping the community thrive while supporting the President and the Property Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare board agendas, minutes, and send community notices to homeowners
- Respond to inquiries from homeowners and board members in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all community communications and activities
- Support community standards and enforce governing documents to ensure compliance
- Assist with regulatory compliance and governance requirements
- Oversee financial processes including budget management and vendor payments
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure community needs are met
- Spend approximately 25–50% of shift on phone communication with homeowners, vendors, and board members
