Job Description

Turlock, CA- based company is currently in need of a remote Maintenance Coordinator! Tasks will include but not limited to:

  • Maintenance requests
  • Admin Support
  • Answering phone calls
  • Other tasks as required

*** The phone time for this role will be 50-75%.

Licensed OS

Hardware requirements:

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Monday to Friday

Work hours:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Timezone (Monday to Wednesday & Friday)

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Timezone (Thursday)

10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila(Monday to Wednesday & Friday)

9:30 PM to 6:00 AM Manila(Thursday)
