Job Description
Schaumburg, IL- based company is currently in need of an Admin Virtual Assistant! Tasks will include but not limited to:
• Updating the mailing address, payment method and making payments for association utility expenses
• Reviewing accounts that refunds are due for due to a sale and requesting corrections to accounts due to a recent sale
• Answering questions regarding an upcoming sale and/or providing meeting minutes for a sale
• Administrative tasks for onboarding including new owner upload form, setting up TownSq, completing association facts, updating settlement nuance, etc.
• Other tasks as required
The estimated phone time for this role is 0-25%.

Hardware requirements:
1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Timezone
10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila
