Job Description
Richardson, TX-based company is currently looking for remote CSR Virtual Assistants! Tasks will include but are not limited to:
• Answer inbound, email and outbound, and chat inquiries across multiple business lines Be an advocate for customers and company
• Adhere to schedule, and performance guidelines including KPI/Service Level Agreements, Quality Standards and follow processes and protocols
• Respond to all customer inquiries and escalate if needed. Handle Collection efforts to collect transfer or processing fees from Title Companies, and Homeowners. Follow Customer Centric Culture and Principles and adhere to CSAT and 5-Star Google Review goals. Further, Upsell and Cross-sell capabilities are a plus
• Other tasks required
The phone time for this role is 75-100%.

Hardware requirements:
1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Monday to Friday
Work hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time
10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila
