Job Description

San Diego, CA-based company is currently looking for a remote Admin Assistant! Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• Answering phone calls/emails regarding available properties/units and showing dates, times, and instructions
• Responding to Guest Card Inquiries submitted through AppFolio emails
• Communicating with the San Diego Housing Commission regarding Section 8 tenants and rent payments, and monitoring rental delinquencies, texting tenants reminders to pay rent
• Other tasks required

The phone time for this role is 25-50%.

Hardware requirements:

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Work schedule:
Monday to Friday

Work hours:
9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time
1:00 AM to 8:30 AM Manila
